Xbox 360 getting Motion Sensing Bar | |

I just stumbled across this on Engadget and if it’s true this would obviously be Microsoft’s big announcement for E3 this year.
According to an anonymous source the white bar above is Microsoft’s new sensor bar however it doesn’t detect a controller like the Wii sensor bar but rather detects full body movement.
Nothing to exciting you say? Well it can apparently detect movements as small as a pinch as well as detecting grabbing, scrolling or your typical fighting movements.
We don’t know how it works or even if it works at all really, but if it’s true it could really take a giant slice of the Wii’s market.

hmmm… it’s a great Idea having a motion sensing “bar” without using a controller or wearing something, but didn’t sony crack this egg open with the eyetoy?
And what happens when someone walks in front of you while you playing…
