So yesterday we spoke about how well the LittleBigPlanet reviews are doing and it was only on Monday that we mentioned that Gears 2 was also receiving high praise from all over the Internet.
Well today (actually yesterday) is Resistance 2’s turn with the first full review being published by IGN and with the reviewer summing it up nicely with
“Toss in a generous number of unlockables, trophies and community support, and you’ve got a phenomenal experience. This is an exclusive that PS3 owners should be proud to have in their collection.”
To be fair they did mention a graphical glitch or two in the game but the shear size of it more than adequately makes up for it and then some.
If we were comparing head on at the moment it looks like we have a solid tie in the exclusive race this season. Resistance 2 matches Gears 2 while LBP and Fable 2 are both able to carry their own weight in this fight.
You know it is a refreshing change to see these overly hyped titles actually being as good as promised.
Oh before I forget you most probably want to know the score… IGN gave Resistance 2 and overall score of 9.5, which in real terms means you have no choice and now have to buy the game.

what about motor storm pacific rift, getting scores above 80. You cant really compare LBP and fable as LBP appeals to a much larger audience. so is it 3-2 to Sony?

Title little misleading as this is just one review, and like most reviews out this year the good ones always get posted first.
But like i said in another comment look like Sony upped the gaming division this year and will have some good exclusives to show.

woohoo go Sony its about time aswel! I love Fable 2 and all and all but i think LBP wil stomp it to death, even though i dont know what the hell its about???
Plus now we’ll see which post apacolyptic game rains supreme my chainsaw gun is all for Gears 2, IS GONNA BE AWESOME
