GameTrailers has already put together a comparison video for Borderlands and the results are pretty much as expected.
With the graphics leaning more towards the cartoony and less away from gritty realism it makes it more difficult to really see the power of the engine. The game looks awesome on both consoles but I think the PS3 version takes it this time around.
The 360 version seems to suffer from a bit of smearing, or blurring… it just doesn’t look as crisp as the PS3 version..
But don’t take my word for it, click through and compare for yourself.

Game is freaking epic dude. Seriously, the most fun I have had with a game co-op since I played Left 4 Dead, and better than anything else before that!!!

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. And mine is that this games is awesome! It’s like crack, you just can’t stop ;)

Well if the game is like crack it could turn into another WOW which is basically the gaming equivalent. But I can’t wait for this on PC

This game is the same as crackdown, as soon as you start it you can not put it down.

The game is great, I could tell the 360 having trouble with some frame rate issues like rapidly turning right and left to see what’s shooting my way. I’m going to sell my 360 and games to get this on PS3 and some other great exclusives!

Just got it on PS3 as well, it’s a pretty cool game. A buddy of mine, has it on the 360, there’s definitely a lot of blurring and odd graphical tears. I have to agree, this time round, the PS3 version looks a tad more superior, but at the end of the day, it really doesn’t matter, just so long as you enjoy the game.
