There has been a bit said recently about the current Xbox 360 banwave but the first figures are now starting to appear from entirely unverified sources.
According to Pinoycosplay there have already been 600 000 Xbox 360’s banned in the states during this banwave with instructions from above that they need to reach 1 000 000 before Christmas.
Apparently a lot of these newly banned idiots then phone into the Microsoft call centre as they didn’t realise they were breaching the terms and conditions that they agreed to.
It’s quite scary to think that there are that many people pirating 360 titles in the states and what with every pirate under the sun bragging that they will never be caught I can only image the true figure is a lot higher than that.
So have you spotted any local cheats who have been banned recently? Time to name and shame I think.

I suspect a few were banned here as they did not appear in any MW2 lobbies last night. Just check on your friends list who has been offline for the last few days.

I haven’t been on in a while, but this has been purely due to being too busy for gaming. My copy of MW2 has arrived, and I’ve cleared some time from my calendar, so I am definitely going to be getting some gaming in the next while.

Once i played with a dude i cant remember his gamertag .. he had like something in the 127K GS and he admitted to me openly his Xbox is modded. So i deleted his ass… the. and once i remember playing with my buddy and he had this one chick playing Gears of War 2with us and she had like ODST 3 weeks before the time on her list as well.. Was on that SA Xbox gaming weekend if I remember correctly…. Havent Seen her since

Guys im against piracy as well, but i don’t live in the US and in Brazil the games are VERY expensive. For Americans it would be like paying 200 dollars each! GH4 costs 600 dollars!
Most people have no alternative…if they cost 50 dollar i would happily buy an original and help MR Gates get richer =D
