Cheese is the word of the day, folks.

I don’t know if any of you actually remember how bad videogame shows were back in the day but watching this video is a scary reminder of bad they, in all their 90’s glory were.

The strategy guide shown in the video below was for Street Fighter 2 Hyper Fighting and has each character being voiced by people who are trying to sound like them, accents and all, telling us what strategies to use.

Take todays IGN strategy guides hosted by the very informed and very beautiful Jessica Chobot and you quickly realise that the industry has finally “gets it” and knows how to play it cool and keep things fresh and interesting.

Man, I need to create a word for this… ummm… Lame-ino-sity, no… SuperLame-o-docious-erizing. Yeah, that’ll do.

Thank all that is good that we don’t have videos like this anymore. Still damn funny to watch though.
