Top Gear Track hits Gran Turismo 5 Getting There
Gavin Mannion   October 25th, 2007  clock image  9:27 am

Top Gear Gran Turismo 5 In one of the best marketing moves of the year Gran Turismo 5 will feature the track from the popular TV series Top Gear in it.

If you are a fan of the show then you know all about “The Stig” and you can’t honestly tell me that you wouldn’t want to have a go at beating his times around the track using a bevy of bizarre and underpowered cars.

I can only imagine the Top Gear team will also be marketing this on their show closer to the time of release and if we are really lucky “The Stig” will set some virtual times for us to compete against.

Generally I am not a racing car fan but I am a Top Gear fan and this just sounds fun to me…

Gran Turismo 5 is expected to hit the shelves in time for next Christmas on the PS3 only.

Another add on to this story is that when the GT channel launches on the psn, PS3 owners will able to download/view the latest season of Top Gear.
